Adizero Hybrid House gym sessions | Terms of participation

1. 1.

   Participation and inherent risks. I understand that participating in gym classes, training sessions, fitness activities, strength and conditioning exercises, endurance workouts, and using facilities and equipment at Adizero Hybrid House involves physical exertion and carries inherent risks of injury, illness, accident, or other harm.

2. 2.

   Health confirmation. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to consult a physician before participating. I confirm that I am physically fit, in good health, and have no medical condition that would prevent me from participating safely. I will immediately stop exercising and notify the trainer if I experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or unusual discomfort.

3. 3.

   Assumption of risk. I acknowledge that participation may involve risks including muscle strains, sprains, falls, dehydration, cardiovascular events, equipment-related incidents, and other injuries. I knowingly and voluntarily accept and assume all risks arising from or connected with my participation, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

4. 4.

   Compliance with instructions. I agree to follow all safety rules, instructions, and directions given by trainers, coaches, event staff, and facility personnel, and to use equipment only as instructed. Failure to comply may result in my removal from the session without liability to the organisers.

5. 5.

   Right to refuse or stop participation. Adizero Hybrid House and adidas Emerging Markets LLC may refuse, suspend, or terminate my participation where they reasonably believe that participation may pose a health or safety risk to me or to others.

6. 6.

   Release and waiver. I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive and release any claim I may have against Adizero Hybrid House, adidas Emerging Markets LLC, and their respective representatives, employees, trainers, coaches, contractors, partners, affiliates, sponsors, facility operators, and staff for injury, illness, loss, damage, or harm arising from my participation, except to the extent that liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

7. 7.

   Reasonable precautions. I understand that reasonable precautions may be taken for participant, facility, and equipment safety. Nevertheless, I accept responsibility for my participation and acknowledge that I participate at my own risk.

8. 8.

   Medical emergency. In a medical emergency, I authorise the organisers and facility personnel to arrange first aid, emergency medical assistance, or transportation where reasonably considered necessary. I acknowledge that I am responsible for any resulting third-party medical or transportation costs, subject to applicable law and insurance coverage.

9. 9.

   Personal property. Adizero Hybrid House and adidas Emerging Markets LLC are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought to the premises, including clothing, footwear, accessories, electronic devices, and bags, except to the extent that such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. 10.

    Photography and media. I understand that photography, videography, and audio recording may take place during sessions and related activities. I grant Adizero Hybrid House and adidas Emerging Markets LLC permission to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and distribute recordings that include me, without compensation, for promotional, marketing, commercial, digital, print, and social media purposes. I waive related privacy, publicity, and ownership claims to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

11. 11.

    Participants under the age of 18. Participants under the age of 18 years may only participate with the prior written consent of a parent or legal guardian. Any participant under 18 years of age must notify the organisers of their age before participating and provide the name and contact details of a parent or legal guardian. By signing below, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they have read and understood this Waiver and Terms of Participation, consent to the minor's participation in the activities, and agree to be bound by the terms of this document on behalf of the minor to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. The organisers reserve the right to refuse participation where satisfactory parental or guardian consent has not been provided.

12. 12.

    Governing law and jurisdiction. This waiver and these Terms of Participation are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from or relating to them shall be submitted to the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.

13. 13.

    Acknowledgment. By checking the box, I confirm that I have read and understood this document, had the opportunity to ask questions, and agree to it voluntarily. I understand that I am giving up substantial legal rights, including the right to bring claims against the released parties, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
